Hire items agreement
Insurance:
- Little Lion Events are not responsible for an accident or injury that occurs while the Hirer is in posession of the equipment.
- The Hirer is aware that larger equipment should not be moved once put in it's place by a member of our team.
Loss or damage:
- All items supplied by Little Lion Events are owned by Little Lion Events.
- All products are supplied to the Hirer are based on responsible use within the advertised context.
- Should any items become lost, stolen or damaged when in the position of the Hirer or Venue, the Hirer/Venue should notify Little Lion Events immediately and the Hirer agrees to pay for all products lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged or not returned to Little Lion Events.
- Should any guests or venue staff cause damage to any equipment - the Hirer takes full responsibility for the loss or damage to the equipment.
- Replacement costs will be paid to Little Lion Events based on the current pricing and availability of the items on the market.
- All reimbursements shall be paid by the Hirer/Venue within 5 days.
- All repairs or replacements for any Hire item will be booked by Little Lion Events only. No repair attempts should be made by Hirer.
